This device allows us the ability to make beautiful music very very easily. I've been listening to one loop created at random on this thing for over an hour without getting bored.

I'm reminded of Kurt Vonnegut's Timequake, in which he tells of machines that have rendered traditional artists obsolete (or was that Bluebeard? perhaps both).

My question: Is this a good thing?
